Conceived and executed as an ARG (alternate reality game): created a fictional AI music band that released a song with hidden hints about an upcoming hero, built an interactive puzzle website where players hunted for clues, and distributed promo codes across all community channels. The campaign ran across Discord, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and Reddit โ driving measurable engagement spikes tracked in Amplitude.

Community-driven translation program for Bullet Echo: selected players translate and proofread in-game content in exchange for in-game rewards. Designed as a scalable model for adding new languages at minimal cost. Pilot: Polish, driven by Amplitude analysis showing measurable player base and revenue growth from that market.
