LinguoLab
About This Project
A community-driven translation program where selected players translate and proofread Bullet Echo content in exchange for in-game rewards and recognition. Polish first — chosen from data, not guesswork.
Amplitude analysis showed a measurable opportunity in the Polish market — it drove adding Polish localization (player base and revenue growth followed) and cutting underperforming languages. Language priorities start from data, not guesses.
Paired with Polish social content and a Slavic-fantasy liveops event set in Poland — it beat prior events on revenue.
Community translation program — part of cutting localization costs 20-30% across 17 languages with no dedicated loc team.
