About This Project
Creator program tool for Bullet Echo: discovery, applications, onboarding, analytics, tiering, rewards, churn prediction, payouts, Discord scheduling, and data health checks.
Creator work lived across spreadsheets, manual YouTube checks, one-off reward calculations, and scattered notes. The monthly cycle took 1.5-2 days and was hard to review as the roster grew.
Replaced the spreadsheet workflow entirely. Monthly creator admin dropped from roughly two days to roughly two hours while adding creator history, health checks, and payout exports.

Auto-tiering, reward calculations, churn prediction, payout exports, exception flags, and historical reporting.
Discovery pipeline, creator applications, onboarding status, events, featuring tracker, and publishing calendar.
Data health dashboard: import freshness, quota usage, broken channels, field coverage, batch verification.
